Modular Clean Room

GI powder coated clean rooms

Rclean modular panels are made up of GPSP sheet having lock formed quality (LFQ), zero spangle with a zinc coating of 100-120 gsm.
The panels are in-fill of polyurethane foam (PUF/PIR), honeycomb paper core or high density mineral wool.

Rclean modular panels are pure polyester powder coated to 60-80 microns and 15-25% gloss level with below properties:

Panel thickness: 44, 50, 60, 80, 100 mm as standard
Panel height: Up to 3700 mm with provision of stacked panels for higher applications
Pre punch cutout: As per requirement

Pre-painted GI cleanrooms

Pre-painted wall and ceiling panels are fabricated by using pre-painted GI sheets of 0.50 / 0.60 mm thickness. These are bonded on GI frame with an in-fill of polyurethane foam (PUF/PIR) forming a rigid panel.

Standard thickness: 50 mm, 60 mm and 80 mm
Standard height: 3000 mm
Cutouts: At site cutouts of required sizes
Base detail: C-type base

Metal Doors

Rclean is manufacturing double skin metal doors for clean rooms, commercial buildings fire rated doors for special applications.
Rclean india manufactures the metal doors with swing and sliding constructions.

Clean room door is manufactured from galvanized/stainless steel sheets with lock formed edges, insulated and bonded with honeycomb paper/aluminum core, mineral wool or polyurethane foam. Doors are flush fittings with integrated flush double glazed finished in pure polyester powder coating of 60-80 microns forming a smooth surface finish.

Heavy duty industrial metal doorsteps are available in size up to 3000 wide and 3500 mm high. Doors are capable of accepting glazing in many configurations with air vents, louvres and a wide range of hardware. Doors are polyester powder coated to 60-80 microns forming a smooth surface finish.
